Can you believe it's 2024 already?! I hope advocating for working moms made it on your list of goals for the new year - even the smallest gestures can make a BIG difference.

No matter your role in a working mom’s life, you can:

• give her flexibility so she can better manage her time commitments,
• ask her how you can help and follow through with your offer, and
• avoid making her feel guilty for missing events or being late.

My goal for 2024?

Creating more resources that provide step-by-step guidance on bridging the gap of understanding between nursing moms and their employers. Similar to "Let's Talk Baby Bump," our conversation guide for managers of expectant moms, I'll be sharing best practices for celebrating expectant team members, welcoming team members back from maternity leave, and navigating their breastfeeding needs.
